What is included in the €990 price?
Custom design, the agreed pages, up to 5 language versions, a contact form, mobile-first layouts, technical preparation for search and publication. The domain — in .bg, .com, .eu or .info — and the first year of hosting, support and small updates are included as well.
How many pages can the website have?
The page list follows your services, projects, locations and the information clients need to make a decision and contact you. We agree it before development so the website covers everything that needs to be presented.
How many languages can the website have?
Up to 5 language versions are included in the price. You choose the languages that match the customers you serve — we confirm them in the quote before the build starts. You do not hire a translator: the versions are produced automatically from your main text and we review them before they go live. Certified translation and native-speaker editing are not included and are quoted separately.
What is included in the €290 per year service?
Managed hosting, an SSL certificate, global CDN delivery, domain renewal, technical support, version history and small updates to existing content. The first year is included in the €990; from the second year it is paid in advance for 12 months. There is no automatic renewal — a new period starts only once you pay for it. New pages, non-standard sections and features are quoted separately.
Can it include a contact form or an external booking service?
A contact form is included. We can also link to or embed a third-party booking service. A custom booking system, customer accounts or a database belongs in a custom website.
Can I edit the website myself?
No. You send the changes to us and we publish them. If the project requires frequent additions of listings, team members, offers or other structured information, we treat it as a separate development project.
