  • ws1_chat_pref – a localStorage entry (not a cookie) that only remembers you have opened the website chat before, so we can visually highlight that option next time you open the contact panel; it is only set after you have already given consent for Crisp, expires automatically after 182 days, contains no personal data and is never shared with third parties

Without these cookies the chat functionality and parts of the website may not work correctly.

5.2. Analytics cookies

These cookies are used to collect statistical data about traffic and user behaviour via Google Analytics 4.

They are activated only after explicit consent.

In such cases the transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
