4.4. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only after the user gives consent via the cookie banner. We send proposals and marketing messages by email only when the client selects the separate, optional checkbox while activating their account. Declining does not affect the service or necessary service messages, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Cookies

The website uses cookies – small text files stored on your device when you visit the website. We also use local browser storage (localStorage) for one purely functional interface preference – see 5.1.

We use the following categories of cookies:

5.1. Essential cookies and local storage

These cookies and entries are necessary for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled.

They include:

  • a cookie storing the user's cookie consent choice
  • cookies for the Crisp chat system, which is required for submitting inquiries
  • ws1_chat_pref – a localStorage entry (not a cookie) that stores only the last used channel (crisp) and the time it was selected, so the contact panel can display the “Last selected” label; it is created only after Crisp opens successfully with consent already granted, remains valid for up to 182 days, contains no personal data, is not used for tracking and is not shared with third parties

Without these cookies the chat functionality and parts of the website may not work correctly.

5.2. Analytics cookies

These cookies are used to collect statistical data about traffic and user behaviour via Google Analytics 4.

They are activated only after explicit consent.

Examples of analytics cookies:

  • _ga
  • _ga_*
  • _gid

5.3. Marketing cookies

The website currently does not use advertising/marketing cookies for personalised advertising.

6. Cookie banner and consent management

The website uses a cookie consent management system that allows the user to:

  • accept all cookies
  • accept only the essential cookies
  • change their choice at any time via the banner settings

7. Google Analytics (GA4)

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by:

Google Analytics collects statistical information about visits, such as:

  • which pages were visited
  • approximate location (based on IP)

  • traffic source
  • device and browser

The data is used to improve the website and analyse traffic.

Google Analytics is activated only after the user consents to analytics cookies.

In such cases the transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
