When do we need a custom MCP server?
Your MCP server describes the available functions, checks access, calls the relevant business system and returns a result the assistant can use.
Can you build a Claude connector and a ChatGPT integration?
Yes, that can be included in the scope. We check your specific applications, plans and account settings because support and connection methods differ. Sign-in, functions and results are tested in every agreed application.
Have you developed an MCP server that is already in use?
Yes - we developed an MCP server for an image search and generation platform, used from Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. We implemented OAuth 2.1 sign-in and a separate quota for each client. We measured results in each assistant and tuned the responses accordingly.
Does our stock system or store need an API?
It needs an authorised way to access its data. An API is a defined way for one system to request data or actions from another. If one is unavailable, we assess restricted database access or a prepared export. This affects freshness, functionality and cost.
Will the assistant have access to all our company data?
Access is defined explicitly. OAuth 2.1 lets a user authorise the connection through their account. The server checks permissions on every request and returns only permitted records and fields. We also agree which data is sent to the AI assistant's provider.
Can the assistant change orders or send offers?
Yes, when those actions are in scope and supported by the source system. We separate reading from writing, validate inputs and add a confirmation step. For a sensitive action, the server verifies approval before making the change.
What happens when a request fails or an action is repeated?
The server returns a clear error for missing access, an exhausted quota or an unavailable source system. Operations that change data use an operation identifier and duplicate-execution checks. A request record makes the outcome traceable.
Will an MCP server make our business appear in AI answers?

What does it cost to build and run?
Pricing is on request. It depends on functions, data sources, permissions, limits and applications to test. Ongoing costs include hosting, external services and maintenance; AI application subscriptions are separate. If the server uses AI models, we include their cost too.
Where does the server run, and where is data stored?
The server can run on your infrastructure or agreed hosting. Data stays in your source systems; we document what reaches the AI provider and which records are retained, where and for how long. Local servers suit files on an individual computer; remote servers suit shared access.
Can you turn our service into a ChatGPT app?

How long does MCP server development and rollout take?
